Coyote's Run is known for our unique terroir of Red Paw and Black Paw soils and our outstanding Pinot Noirs. Our winemaker, Taylor Hulley, will help you explore how fermentation changes the raw product into the wine we all love. You will taste our 2018 Red Paw and Black Paw juices beside the 2018 Red Paw and Black Paw fermented wines. A flight of four wines will be tasted with food to enhance the experience.
